My job is to keep the center operating at its maximum capacity. Providing customers with a family environment, free of social prejudices, where they feel confident and can receive a service of excellent human and professional quality. To better serve our customers, we have partnered with other organizations to exchange resources and
diversify services; we also work to meet the needs of the moment. Helping families meet their immediate needs is rewarding work that gives meaning to my life, I think we were born to serve and help each other. More than the two years of Social Service studies, my preparation is my life experience which has created the empathy to connect with my clients for more than 15 years of working in community media.
